MINDFULNESS Introduces the foundation in learning skills you need to keep yourself well, physically and emotionally. Skills that help you to focus better, skills that help you to create energetic, purposeful and empowering lives for yourselves.
Research supports the benefits of mindfulness practice for mental performance, emotional wellbeing, physical health and more.
The course will introduce you to the breath as an anchor to handle difficult thoughts and emotions, cultivating compassion and self-compassion, kindness towards yourself and others.
On completion of this course you will have the beginnings of your own Mindfulness practice.
This will be an experiential and practical course of mindfulness activities, focusing on your own personal mindfulness practice, with discussion for participants to motivate each other and share ideas.
